Mrs Mmile is the Group Head of Legal for ABC Holdings Limited and Group Company Secretary. She is a Legal and Compliance Specialist with over 10 years of international experience in the banking sector. Before her appointment with ABC Holding Limited, she was the Head of Legal and Compliance of Standard Chartered Bank Mauritius Limited, having also held several key executive positions at Standard Chartered Bank Botswana, including Head of Legal, Company Secretary and Head of Legal and Compliance.
Before joining the financial sector, she was a Magistrate in the Courts of Botswana.
Mrs Mmile holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana.
