Njalakangwa Ndzinge joins as Head of Human Resources with more than 15 years of experience as a generalist Human Capital practitioner and a Human Capital Consultant. She has led end-to-end recruitment for prominent organizations across Botswana and South Africa. Her professional journey also includes senior roles in various companies in the insurance, motor, and pension fund industry, where she provided strategic support in areas such as performance management, remuneration, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Heriot-Watt University, a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) degree in Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Labour, Organizational Psychology, and Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Town. She is also a Certified Talent Practitioner.
