Matshidiso Kereteletswe, who steps into the role of Chief Information Officer for Information Technology. Kereteletswe brings nearly 30 years of experience in Information Communications and Technology, Operations, and Change Management, with over 20 years dedicated to the banking sector. Known for her expertise in using technology to create cost-effective business solutions, Kereteletswe has a proven track record in leading successful transformations. She holds a Master of Business Administration from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Technical University (TUNS), Canada. As a member of both the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Association for Computing Machinery.

As Chief Information Officer, Matshidiso plays a pivotal role in driving innovation at Access Bank Botswana, ensuring the Bank continues to deliver seamless, technology-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience. Her leadership is critical to advancing the Bank’s mission of People, Profit, and Planet.
