Mrs. Mmile is the Group Head of Legal for ABC Holdings Limited and Group Company Secretary. She is a legal and Compliance Specialist with over 10 years international experience in the banking sector. Prior to her appointment with ABC Holding Limited, she was the Head of Legal and Compliance of Standard Chartered Bank Mauritius Limited having also several key executive positions at Standard Charted Bank Botswana including Head of Legal, Company Secretary and Head of Legal and Compliance.
Prior to joining the financial sector, she was a Magistrate in the Courts of Botswana.
Mrs. Mmile holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana.
