Ms. Icho-Molebatsi, is an experienced financial services executive with expertise in financial reporting, strategy, business planning and overall finance discipline and a strong track record as a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors, CEOs and Executive Management teams. Over the past 14 years she worked for financial services industry leaders including Deloitte and Touche and Standard Bank of Botswana before joining Old Mutual Botswana, as Group Chief Finance Officer from 2017 to 2019.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Economics and Accounting (BA) from the University of Botswana; and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and Masters in Science-Strategic Management (MSc), both from Botswana Accountancy College.
